What can I actually clean with it?
Pretty much every hard surface in your home. Sealed hardwood, tile, laminate, and grout on the floor — then pop off the handheld pod for stovetops, oven racks, BBQ grills, windows and mirrors, sofas, curtains, and even your car's interior. The carpet glider attachment refreshes rugs and carpets without soaking them. One tool instead of a cupboard full of sprays.
Do I need to buy special cleaning solution?
No — and you shouldn't. SteamSwitch Pro runs on plain tap water. The 248°F steam does the work of loosening grease, grime, and sticky messes on its own. Adding chemical cleaners can actually clog the nozzle, so tap water only — which saves you money and keeps things safe around pets and little ones.
How long does it run before I refill?
The 350ml tank gives you 12–15 minutes of continuous steam per fill — enough for most rooms in one go. It heats up in about 10 seconds, and if the tank ever runs dry, the auto shut-off beeps and powers down so you can't accidentally overheat it.
Is it heavy or hard to handle?
It's light at 6.2 lbs, stands upright on its own, and the swivel head steers into corners and under furniture. The mop head releases with a tap of your foot — no bending down. The 13-foot (4m) cord lets you cover a whole room without hunting for a new outlet.
SteamSwitch Pro vs. an Ordinary Mop
